ordering process
To start your order, please reach out through the online request form. I will review your request and contact you via email with pricing and availability within 48 hours. To secure an order, all orders greater than $100 will require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before pickup or delivery. Full payment is required at time of order for orders $100 or less
ordering process
Please contact me at least 10-14 days before your event.
Requests for rush orders less than 10 days in advance will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. If accepted, a rush fee will apply.
changes & cancellations
I completely understand that plans can change. Although deposits are non-refundable, I am more than happy to work with you to reschedule.
Minor changes to your order may be accomodated on a case to case basis, but are not guaranteed.
Please keep in mind that I am a small home-based bakery and your deposit and any time passed will have already been put to good use for planning, designing and purchasing supplies and ingredients!
pickup & delivery
Orders can be picked up from my location in Daly City, CA. For privacy concerns, exact address will be provided once order is confirmed.
Local delivery is available for a fee that is distance-based. Please ensure someone is available to receive the macarons, as they are temperature-sensitive.
no-show / late pickup
If you're running late, please send me a quick note. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the pickup window may be forfeited or left at my doorstep for porch pickup, if weather permits. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or porch pickups.
allergies & dietary needs
All macarons contain almond flour, egg whites and milk, unless otherwise stated. Macarons are inherently gluten free, however some flavors may contain wheat.
My kitchen also handles peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame and other potential allergens. Please let me know if you or your guests have any concerns.
